1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Shopath platform ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP, Phone Number) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Orders and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or due to pricing errors. In such cases, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or expired products at the time of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Refunds for eligible returns will be credited to your Shopath Wallet or source account within 5-7 business days.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: creating fake accounts, placing fraudulent orders, or interfering with the proper working of the app. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shopath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
